You know when you get tired of doing the full meals of , Roast beef, Mashed potatoes, a veggie of some sort, and a dessert. For six days a week, I cook and cook and cook and cook. Three meals a day! (not complaining..just stating) So one day a week, usually when Hubby is home..we will have a simple supper. Usually planned by the boys. Like last week, we had 'we take after Uncle Brad(my brother who loves Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches)night' So the boys all had about five or six sandwiches with carrot sticks on the side. We have done 'a breakfast supper', having pancakes the works. Of course, the famous pizza night, but instead of buying the pizza..we make buy the crust and let them make their own little pizzas of their choice. My oldest, created a Broccoli and Cheese pizza. :)
So Again ending this post with a question...What do you do for the "simple supper night'?
